Yesterday in Times of India it is reported that

Astronauts in space flight gang up

 and have emotional interactions.

I could not believe it. Are they not h

educated and balanced people.

Are they not trained to be

in control of their mind and emotions.

From early childhood, I

could not gang up

or understand others'

ganging up. If it is part of

human nature, why it is not with me? 

Why I Consider it strange and despicable?

AM I a born leveller? Up against any 

system or mechanism that accords

power to some gang or to some group. 

Or is it in self defence people gang up, 

they invariably do making me to lose

 my cool on them. 

Why can't they be independent? 

Always they "Crowd Together", shout

 and monopolise,

 I have seen such things only in low c

people and manual labourers. 

Why people living on their knowledge and intelligence would follow such base habits?

The Competition for power, money and other desirable things make people to fight as a group, if the individuals are not confident of facing it alone. And

Time management of a day in life

 Time management!

When immediate works need break due to others, start work on important Long-term Projects)

Build Personality.

Team spirit, honesty , listen to understand, character,

 Accountability in money & promise.

Sharpen 4 skills.

Negotiation

Enthusiasm

Reality

Will power

 `Everything  possible if enthusiasm is there -Ford Persons -all of them crooks- Avoid multirole confusion

Many people are able to live with ambiguity and its related stress, I lacked this so far.

Do not expect to be written about that's not a requirement. 

Publicity is important. But it need not be our purpose. Material security to our purpose.

Life after "difficult times".

 1. There is no governance in India.

2. All fellows are crooks and worldly-wise.

3. Relationship has to be B-U-I-L-T AND K-E-P-T.

4. Consider all as teammates and cultivate.

5. Honesty does not requires any P-R-O-P.

6. Friday 4-6-99, the day I shouted at a security man is the last anger in my life.

7. Take the first step immediately, I-M-M-E-D-I-A-T-E-L-Y and pursue. You are not strong in important future oriented tasks,

8. You are now only starting the life after sickness, personal failures and departmental trauma - and you have no good habits.

 

Only brooding and reading they do not help. 

The sermonising books also do not help.

9.Do not fight with DOT vigilance fellows, understand them -Do necessary work - 

Begin with calling writing, referencing, & then CAT (TESA, ITSA, friends, batchmates).

P-S. As of today, the paradigm has further shifted, that if we are born, we are bound to live and that is the totality of life. Details are not matters for life.
