Visited Marine Drive at 5pm,

walking down from Church Gate station via Jai Hind College & Basant singh college for women (Sind Educationall Society) I reached a place opposite the building 'Jyoti Sadan'. Exactly ahead into Arabian Sea is the Malabar Hill jutting into the sea .

I sat on the wall, like many others, which is built where

the sea waves are breaking against the boulders down below. The sound of the waves is mild some times and roaring other times.

10 km from this point is the Mahim Bay and the VSNL, Prabhadevi and Telephone House points.

Nariman point can be seen clearly from here to the south.

High rise buildings of yellow and pink about twenty in number all similar in build, height and style lining the point west to east.

 Marine Drive is not even a poor substitute for the Beach road of Marina in Madras.

 In length width and grandeur Marina Drive is far more

enchanting than Marine Drive.

I broke the spectacles and spoiled the mood. 

Also, the entire stretch of marine drive gets dating couples who display their romance very openly, and boldly.

While the onlookers are eager but embarrassed to watch, the players themselves do not seem to have any bothers. They indulge in show-off care-free.

Thoughts on LAX Shooting

“Everyone who is not happy must be shot.”

It may not be the place where Marilyn Monroe lived but it s the place where Sonia Gandhi lives.And Narendra Modi hopes to live after the 2014 elections. Obama may not be living here but Manmohan Singh lives here.And here is where Mahatma Gandhi,Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi lived. In the modern times it may be a place not frequented by Brad Pitt,Angelina Jolie,Tom Cruise,Leonardo and Scarlet Johansson,but the Bollywood celebrities like Shahrukh,Salman,Amir,Deepika Padukone,Katrina Kaif,Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor have their eyes on. This is the place which has ultimately attracted the ultimate cricket star Sachin Tendulkar for his second career in politics. This is the place called Janpath and Connaught Place in the central part of New Delhi.These are the centres of power and business respectively. And here is where such incidents are never likely to occur,but it occurred nevertheless.
